Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Useful Kitchen Goods. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at davies.online.service@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item if applicable, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or otherwise required by law.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Sales tax, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, clearance fees, carrier fees, and other similar charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or otherwise required by law. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of unpaid import charges, customs issues, or an incorrect address, any refund may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes, or carrier fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for used items, items damaged by misuse, clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, or items returned without prior approval.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel or change an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, we may not be able to refund shipping costs or related carrier charges.
