This website is operated by Useful Kitchen Goods. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and Availability

We sell kitchen and household-use products through our online store. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We try to display product information as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect shipping information, product unavailability, or misuse of the store. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

We currently sell to customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner's warehouse in Shenzhen, China, and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Sales Tax

Product prices and shipping fees do not include sales tax unless tax is clearly displayed at checkout. Sales tax will only be collected where we are legally required to collect it. If no sales tax is displayed at checkout, Useful Kitchen Goods does not collect sales tax for that order.

Customs, Import Duties, and Import Taxes

Unless the checkout page or shipping method clearly states that duties, import taxes, or customs fees are included, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, carrier fees, or similar charges that may be assessed by customs authorities or carriers. These charges are not controlled by Useful Kitchen Goods and are not paid to us.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Shipping fees, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, clearance fees, carrier fees, and similar charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error or otherwise required by law.

Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Useful Kitchen Goods is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
