Useful Kitchen Goods currently ships to customers in the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, supplier processing delays, or logistics delays, processing may take longer.
Fulfillment Location
Orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics partner's warehouse in Shenzhen, China. After an order is processed, the package is shipped to the United States customer address using cross-border logistics services.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 8 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, address issues, supplier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping to the United States is $6.99 unless a promotion or free shipping offer applies at checkout.
Sales Tax
Product prices and shipping fees shown on our store do not include sales tax unless tax is clearly displayed at checkout. Sales tax will only be collected when we are legally required to collect it, and any applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you place your order. If no sales tax is shown at checkout, Useful Kitchen Goods does not collect sales tax for that order. Customers may be responsible for any use tax or similar tax required by their own state or local jurisdiction.
Customs, Import Duties, and Import Taxes
Because orders may be shipped cross-border from China to the United States, customs processing may apply. Unless the checkout page or shipping method clearly states that duties, import taxes, or customs fees are included, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or carrier fees charged by customs authorities or carriers are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not controlled by Useful Kitchen Goods and are not paid to us.
If a package is delayed by customs, we will help check available tracking information, but customs clearance timing is outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will provide tracking information if it is available from the carrier. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of unpaid import charges, customs issues, or an incorrect address, any refund may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes, or carrier fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at davies.online.service@gmail.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status with the logistics provider.
